Hi, I’m Ashleigh, an intentional homemaker, gardener, and lifelong learner.

I created The Hearth Book to preserve what I had to learn the hard way; how to keep a home, grow food, build a life rooted in rhythm and care. I wasn’t handed this knowledge. Much of it had to be rebuilt from scratch, and now I feel deeply called to gather it, protect it, and pass it on.

TheHearthBook.ca is the digital companion to the handwritten family grimoire I’m building. It’s filled with practical systems, timeless skills, and the kind of truths that make life feel grounded and meaningful.

This is my way of making life a little easier for the next generation and maybe for you, too.
